I feel like I really lucked out with Mac. He is incredibly responsive and helpful, and he just really knows what he's doing. This was my first purchase, and my search ran 5 months with 3 offers. My experience with Mac was consistently positive throughout the whole process. He is knowledgable about a wide range of neighborhoods in Boston. His approach is consultative and not overbearing. I relied on his advice and guidance a lot, but he was careful not to tell me what to do.
